A Longing to go fast
When life is boring and vapid
The slow build and the view vast
Then comes the changes so rapid
Upside down and all around
The screaming can be heard around town
While my hair whips, my heart pounds
Praying the ride has no fault
Then it comes to an abrupt halt
My adrenaline still pumping
My pulse still thumping
But now it’s in my throat
My untouchable thoughts like smoke
Floating by on a riverboat
While My body became so woke
Don’t know how to come down
Feel like I got a golden crown
Holding my head on cloud nine
Chills tingling along my spine
Am I glowing
because THAT, I liked
But people knowing
that I got spiked
Like a volleyball
Tipped then flipped to fall
And At the top I nearly stop
Just to speedily drop
Quicker than the last slide
Speed Junkies love this fast ride
Take a photo of the thrill and panic
Hilarious to capture the fear so frantic
It’s pure that picture as long as your stomach doesn’t turn
Hope we all can try to fly at least once
It’s worth it feel those bumps
You got good odds you won’t end up deceased
Although u may question it once released while soaring thru the sky u wonder “am I gonna die’?
Let go of control and get a real reason for whole body tensions
Life is much more interesting with these wild inventions
