Our Programs

Family-Centered Care Support:

One-on-one and small-group care experiences tailored to each child’s medical and developmental needs.

To start, Chloe’s SuperCare needs are the Priority. DSP’s will be trained to provide ‘Therapeutic homework’ that Chloe needs for her high priority Therapies. This includes in-home and community based opportunities.

Respite Services:

Provide higher Respite Rates than the State can provide to make Respite Care a reality. Currently, State rates for Respite are equal to 8 hours of care. Chloe is awake, needing care 16 hours of each 24 hour day plus 1-2 hours of monitoring during the night.

Respite Caregivers need to be paid accordingly, this would make respite costs go from the Medicaid current rate of $200/day to $450/day.

Sensory & Enrichment Activities:

Adaptive play, music, art, and sensory experiences designed to promote engagement, comfort, and emotional well-being. Adventures with playdates

For Chloe, that would translate to 2 additional interactive half hour periods(daily) of AAC play with family-provided adaptive play toys and/or art/music/sensory play.
